What started as a Sunday afternoon tradition has grown into something truly special. Kelly began baking cheesecakes for her family over 20 years ago, perfecting every recipe through love, patience, and a relentless pursuit of that perfect, velvety texture — always by hand, always with care.

How far in advance should I order?
We recommend 5–7 days for standard cakes and 2–3 weeks for weddings and tiered orders. We do reserve a small number of short-notice slots — email us if you're in a pinch.

Do you offer gluten-free or dairy-free options?
Yes — a gluten-free crust is available on most cakes; just choose it in the order builder. Dairy-free can be selected there too, and Kelly will confirm what's possible for your specific build.

What sizes are available?
Mini 4" personal (1–2 servings — ask Kelly for pricing), 6-inch (serves 4–8, $48), 9-inch (serves 8–25, $70), and multiple cakes or tiered builds for 26+ people (custom quote).

How long does a cheesecake stay fresh?
5 days refrigerated, well-covered. Whole cheesecakes also freeze beautifully for up to 30 days — wrap tightly and thaw overnight in the fridge before serving.

Do you ship outside Colorado?
Not currently — every order is free local pickup by appointment in the Denver area. Shipping is something we're exploring for the future; email us and we'll let you know when it's available.

Can I customize a flavor or decoration?
Absolutely. Kelly works directly with you on custom flavor combinations, monograms, and event-themed designs. Email cheesykell@gmail.com to start a custom order.

Do you do weddings and large events?
Yes — weddings, anniversaries, corporate gatherings, and milestone birthdays are a big part of what we do. Tiered cheesecakes, mini-bite trays, and dessert tables all available. Two-week minimum lead time.

How should I store my cheesecake?
Refrigerate, covered, until 20 minutes before serving — that's the sweet spot for texture and flavor. Avoid cutting straight out of the fridge.
